I am a holistic massage therapist, certified Reiki Master, and trained polarity therapist with a deep passion for mind-body healing. My mission is to help people reconnect with their inner balance through touch, energy and intentional presence.
I combine therapeutic massage with subtle energy modalities to create a deeply restorative experience. Whether you're carrying physical tension, emotional stress or simply craving a moment of stillness each session is customized to support your whole being - body, mind and spirit..
My mobile practice brings the healing space to you, allowing your nervous system to settle more deeply in the comfort of your own environment. Through the integration of massage, Reiki, and polarity therapy, I help guide your body back to its natural state of flow, vitality and ease.
